Pre-Construction Services

Prior to the start of construction, all projects start with our client’s vision. Leveraging our industry expertise, we work closely with the client, design team, vendors, estimators and project managers to formulate the project approach, budget and schedule. This valuable service sets the stage for project success from conception to completion and enhances the project’s value.

General Contracting

Herron offers a broad range of general contracting services and our team is driven by our commitment to deliver our client’s project in on time and within budget. The majority of our projects are delivered as a lump sum contract in which the project is built for the awarded bid amount. Oftentimes, clients want a turnkey project in which all of the services are performed through a single source responsibility.

Construction Management

Project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, safety awareness and quality management all play an important role in Herron’s construction management services. We offer contract administration services, defining the responsibilities and management structure of the project team. We organize and lead by implementing critical project controls, anticipating coordination issues and project scheduling conflicts. Our company’s emphasis on risk control and jobsite safety awareness provides added protection to our team and clients.

Design / Build

Herron offers a total single-source service for clients seeking a fast-track project delivery with complete design-build responsibility. Design/build offers two primary advantages: reduced project cost and shortened schedule. The construction and design teams work together to develop an economical, buildable design. We develop methods to reduce construction costs without reducing the functionality or quality of the final product. By working as a cohesive unit, we achieve a quicker design phase, mobilization, project commencement and close-out.

Self-Perform Division

Herron Construction Company continues to grow to serve client needs with our Self-Perform Division. Offering a broad range of general construction services, we provide light & heavy gage framing, isolated concrete foundations and pads for heavy industrial machines.
